More than a trip

More than a conference, more than a retreat, more than a vacation the only way we can describe it is a RPLNISH Experience. We are here to help pastors and leaders stay healthy and effective long-term. Our souls, our families, our careers, our ministries are all better when we are healthier and lead from our overflow.

Most people don't know how exhausted they are.

Most pastors and leaders are in charge of too many things. Our RPLNISH Experiences are designed to take care of you. Too many details overwhelm us, having to make all the decisions and plan and lead can be tiring. We often say, "You spend most of your time driving the limo. You plan the event, map the route, get the people on board, drive through traffic and pay for everything. This time, you get to jump in the back of the limo and let us take care of things."

Is there a cost?

Most RPLNISH Experiences have been covered financially by the person who invited you or sponsored by generous donors. Our trips are free for pastors and ministry leaders. Some trips have special arrangements (like donor trips or partially paid trips). If you cancel within 45 days of a trip, we will assess a cancellation fee of $500*. If you are interested in leading or sponsoring a trip, please contact us.

What types of trips do you offer?

We work with trip sponsors to provide trips for Lead pastors, Women in ministry, Couples, Student Pastors, Spanish-speaking and more. This year we will work with international leaders in Romania, Czechia, Mexico and Japan.

There are also two ways we cover the trips financially. We have "House Trips" that, pending approval, are open to anyone who meets the demographic assigned to the Experience as well as "Sponsored Trips" that are paid for by an RPLNISH Influencer or partner organization. For "Sponsored Trips", the group of people attending the Experience are most often curated by the RPLNISH Influencer. Click here to apply for a house trip.
