I remember our first RPLNISH Experience. There were four of us: Mondy, Andy, Brian, and me. We spent time in LA, Tehachapi, and Bakersfield. We ate well, played, and practiced the art of replenishing. We certainly did not have it all figured out, but RPLNISH was born. I had no idea at the time that a couple of years later, RPLNISH would grow up and it would be my full-time thing. What is even crazier to me is the number of trips and the number of pastors and leaders we would see.
We have had the privilege of working with thousands of pastors and indirectly with hundreds of thousands in their congregations. When we keep pastors and leaders healthier so many others benefit.
By the end of next year, we will have completed almost 200 RPLNISH Experiences. This does not include the speaking, consulting and other RPLNISH initiatives. Last year, we began RPLNISH International. We are partnering with pastors in other countries to keep even more pastors and leaders healthier and in ministry longer. Next year we will do RPLNISH in Romania, Czechia, Japan, and Mexico.
This year has been amazing. A few highlights below:
* We hosted 37 RPLNISH Experiences, seeing hundreds of pastors.
* We reached thousands with our Pastor's Mayday campaign.
* We replenished pastors and leaders in Romania, Czechia, and Mexico and are training them how to do RPLNISH in their countries.
* We did our first RPLNISH cruise.
* In November, we will RPLNISH almost 100 Mexican national pastors in Pubela, MX.
* We secured two new partner properties.
So, 2025 was amazing and 2026 will be even more amazing.
