* Simply put, we help pastors and leaders stay healthier and in ministry longer. We have been around since 2019 and have helped keep thousands of leaders replenished (including partering with the Gateway Network).

We will provide a four day, three night experience for you to well, replenish. That means lots of clear space for you to recharge, unwind and be by yourself, with others or some extra time with God. We will have some great food and activities like hiking, fishing, swimming, hot tubing, riding atvs and shooting sporting clays. Feel free to poke around our website to get a better feel for who we are and what we do.

* When and where? We will be staying at Lonetree Ranch, just south of Tulsa (Okmulgee) OK. September 30-October 3.

* What about transportation?

We will be coordinating transportation and riding together.

* What about the facilities?

Lone Tree ranch is a private ranch with lots of space, animals, ponds and places to hike and be with God and each other. There are some private rooms with baths and some big rooms with shared baths. We will assign rooms once we finalize registration. You will need to bring your own toiletries and towels but we have everything else.

* What about packing?

October in Okmulgee can be hot and cold. Check the weather for there for up to date info. Plan on layering. Bring a light jacket, shorts, athletic shoes, and whatever you feel comfortable with.
