Pastors do a lot of work, they serve and help and do way more than we know (praying, sermon prep, counseling, meetings, leading, directing staff and so on). They keep themselves spiritually fit and raise amazing families. There are also some alarming stats about the life and longevity of pastors. We need to do all we can to help keep them healthier and in ministry longer.
This is why we started Pastor's Mayday; to help create dialogue about pastors but let them talk about themselves and their peers and pray for and support other pastors.
