RPLNISH began as an experiment and an accident. We saw the need, saw pastor burnout, and decided to do something about it. We formed a committee and began inviting our friends to replenish. The situation was that we were all guys. Soon enough, our female pastor friends, couples' friends, and business friends began to see the need in their circles, and we have been expanding ever since.
In 2027, we will provide and partner with you for more trips, including women in ministry, couples, and guy trips for pastors and marketplace ministry leaders. More on RPLNISH Experiences for marketplace ministry leaders here.
WOMEN IN MINISTRY
If you are a female in ministry, we have RPLNISH for you. For pastors, pastors' wives, lay leaders, and business leaders, our ladies' pastor team leads RPLNISH Experiences. If you would like to be involved, lead or sponsor a women in ministry RPLNISH Experience, we need to connect.
COUPLES
OK, honestly, it is easier for guys to get away because their wives hold down the fort. Couples trips take more work to plan, but they're better for overall individual and marital health. We often say, it is twice as difficult for a couples trip, but twice as beneficial. If you want to be involved with a couples RPLINSH Experience, please let us know.
GUYS
A lot of guys out there need RPLNISH. That is why we offer trips for guy pastors, guys in marketplace ministry, lay leadership and more. We love to partner with groups to bring RPLNISH into your space, but we also offer house trips. We are also provide opportunities to sponsor half and quarter RPLNISH Experiences for you and your team or colleagues.
