When a group of pastors officially began RPLNISH in 2019 our focus was pastors. We curated a couple of trips, wrote curriculum, worked with generous partners, and located amazing properties. RPLNISH was born. We became really good at teaching guys how to take better care of their souls by living out "The Six Domains of Soul".
Part of our crazy story is that we started by accident: we saw the need, worked to solve a problem, God opened doors, and we walked through them. Currently, we are seeing additional need in our business community. I have had to have this conversation multiple times. "You do soul care for pastors; I am not a pastor, but I do have a soul and would love to learn to care for it better."
Well, here we are again, excited for an opportunity to meet a need. We have long said RPLNISH helps pastors and leaders stay healthier and in ministry longer. The phrase "and leaders" is coming alive in 2027 as we expand.
We will provide RPLNISH Experiences not just for pastors, but for business leaders (or as some have said, marketplace ministry leaders). We really dont want to leave anyone out. It is true: we all have a soul, and when our soul is better, we are better at everything; better leaders, better pastors, better spouses, parents, friends, and so on.
So, practically, what does that mean? Beginning in 2027 we will have trips for both pastors and leaders. But what is the difference? Group dynamics and pricing. All pastors are leaders but not all leaders are pastors. Our team will work with you to ensure you find the right trip to attend, sponsor, or lead.
