Rawd B. Jones has spent more than thirty years in ministry with pastors, ministry leaders, and people who give their lives away and often have little left. That work formed a simple conviction: those who pour into others deserve to be poured into too.

As founder of RPLNISH, he creates space for leaders to step away from the demand, reconnect with God, sit with people who understand, and receive the rest they so often give.

Churches, ministries, and companies have asked him to speak into tired leadership—not to impress a room, but to help people find a life that can last.

Rawd's work has taken him into rooms at companies like Google, Amazon, and HP, and into quiet conversations with executives and pastors who are carrying more than they can say.

We help teams thrive.

We serve corporate and non-profit organizations of every size, from Fortune 100s to local churches. We curate leadership training, soul care improvements, and team-building activities with fun and purpose.

If communication is breaking down, leadership is thin, or change is needed, we help organizations develop the people who have to carry it.

The work is built for both sides: the organization gets a stronger team, and the individual gets a clearer, healthier path to success.

Our goal is to help pastors and leaders get and stay healthier and in ministry longer.

Our main initiative is a 4-day, 3-night RPLNISH Experience. We also provide soul care initiatives, team-building experiences, and Rawd has an Executive Coaching practice.

The Replenish Group Corporation is a TX 501 (c) (3).

Rawd is a talented communicator and available to keynote on several topics. With years of experience working with leaders, Rawd can speak with authority and from experience.
