Rawd B. Jones has spent more than thirty years in ministry with pastors, ministry leaders, and people who give their lives away and often have little left. That work formed a simple conviction: those who pour into others deserve to be poured into too.

As founder of RPLNISH, he creates space for leaders to step away from the demand, reconnect with God, sit with people who understand, and receive the rest they so often give.

Churches, ministries, and companies have asked him to speak into tired leadership—not to impress a room, but to help people find a life that can last.

Our goal is to help pastors and leaders get and stay healthier and in ministry longer.

Our core work is the RPLNISH Experience—four days and three nights set apart for rest, reconnection with God, and honest community with other leaders.

Around that, we offer soul-care gatherings, team-building retreats, and Rawd’s executive coaching for leaders who need a longer, more personal walk back to a sustainable life.
