THIS IS NOT YOUR REGULAR RPLNISH EXPERIENCE.

This trip is unique: we are going to Las Vegas, but we won't be gambling or partying. This RPLNISH Experience is built around gaining fresh insight from a voice in the church world who will challenge your formal beliefs about church growth, hearing from God, and how we live our lives.

Our guest is pastor Ron Vietti, who planted a church with 10 teenagers and today has multiple campuses with thousands in attendance. You can find more info here.

Our Journey begins with you signing up. After that, we'll share a short read, a video call, and a few informational emails. Closer to the trip, we will start a text thread and begin building a little more community.

This is an abbreviated trip and is only 3 days and 2 nights.

Since churches and other generous donors have paid for the main portion of this RPLNISH Experience, you only need to cover transportation to and from the location.

Accommodations: We will be staying in a property in Las Vegas, but not on the Strip. We will meet at the VBF campus in Las Vegas, called Valley Vegas.

Fly into: Las Vegas Airport (LAS). We will determine exact times once we confirm the attendee list.

Time: Plan on taking the early flight on Tuesday and returning on the late flight on Thursday; this way, we can avoid high-priced weekend flights while still maximizing our three days together.

Misc: This RPLNISH Experience is by invitation only.

Being a leader is tough. It's even tougher when we don't take time for ourselves, but who has time for that, right? Leading is doing so much for so many others that time away, investing in ourselves, seems like a luxury we cant afford. But not taking time away, sharpening the saw, and replenishing ourselves is a recipe for disaster. The price of not replenishing, not doing soul care is way more costly than taking time to invest in ourselves.

The goal of our Experiences is to give you time to catch your breath, meet new people, eat well, and try new things. We don't list all the details of our Experiences because we all spend too much time in the minutiae and because we like a little mystery. But we can always share more info if you want it.

We began RPLNISH with the goal of keeping pastors and ministry leaders healthier and in ministry longer. Our services include a 4-day, 3-night RPLNISH Experience, as well as keynotes, pulpit ministry, staff training, coaching, counseling, soul care, and consulting.
